Business Model:

■Plan A -- Console Subscription

With plan A, you can access Sunshine analysis platform's cloud service platform and standardized analyzing toolkit with a subscription fee paid annually. Each console requires an independent subscription.

■Plan B -- Enterprise Plan

Setup servers inside your own enterprise and purchase the suite of Sunshine analysis platform and client console. Sunshine can build a customized suite of analysis tools according to your requirement. The is charged with two parts. The first part is the construction fee, charged only for once with respect to the actual work amount required. The second part is service fee, charged annually.

■Plan C -- Cooperation Plan

Charge service fee against 3rd party users. Sunshine will provide technical support and as a cooperator of you, and will provide user entrances. The dividend is negotiated.

* Due to the actual purchase amount, Sunshine may provide free service time to help customer building required tools on Sunshine analysis platform.
